Over the past month, we’ve been travelling across the UK with the team at Land & Water, capturing a series of events that form part of
their nationwide client engagement tour. Across seven different locations, they’ve been meeting face-to-face with clients to share their vision, collect feedback, and build stronger relationships — and we’ve been there to document every step.
From coastal projects to inland development sites, each location has added something unique to the story. Our role has been to provide full video production and photography, covering everything from event documentation to interviews, and even a few stunning aerial moments via drone.
Capturing a Moving Story in Multiple Parts
At each stop, Land & Water has delivered talks to outline what’s coming next for the business — not just their current projects, but where the company is headed in the years to come. The audiences included clients, partners, and stakeholders, so the tone was honest, forward-looking, and collaborative.
We set up full multi-camera video recording at every talk, ensuring clean audio and professional coverage of the presentations. Alongside that, we took time to capture interviews with key people on-site — short, unscripted conversations that brought out real perspectives and insights.
We also shot high-quality stills of each day, covering speaker moments, client interactions, and behind-the-scenes shots of the environment and teams in action.
Adding Scale with Drone Footage
One of the things that elevated this project was the inclusion of drone videography at every location. Each site had its own character — rivers, harbours, construction zones, estuaries — and getting those wide, cinematic visuals helped ground the story in the real-world spaces where Land & Water works. It also added a consistent visual thread across very different locations.
Our Workflow
With a shoot of this scale and spread, consistency was key. Here’s how we approached it:
-
Pre-shoot planning: We worked closely with Land & Water’s team to build a shooting schedule and make sure we were aligned on messaging, branding, and tone.
-
Multi-location coordination: Every site had different lighting, audio, and logistics challenges. We packed light but were ready for anything, making sure each setup matched the last in quality and style.
-
On-site efficiency: We kept the interviews and content creation smooth and informal — getting what we needed while staying in the background so the real work could carry on.
-
Post-production plan: All footage will be edited into one long-form video, weaving together each location, presentation, and interview into a single, polished story. Alongside that, we’ll also be delivering a library of photos and shorter clips for digital use.
Why Projects Like This Matter
For companies like Land & Water, bringing people together in person is still one of the most powerful ways to communicate — and capturing those moments on film ensures the message can go further, reach more people, and live on beyond the day.
For us as a production team, it’s a reminder that corporate video doesn’t have to be stiff or scripted. When the message is real and the visuals are strong, the story tells itself.
If you’re looking for professional videography and photography for business events, presentations, or multi-location shoots, we’re always happy to help.
