Two Days at RSA Conference 2025 with Hexnode

Why not give our post a share?

This week, we flew out to San Francisco to cover the RSA Conference 2025 with one of our regular clients, Hexnode. If you’ve never been, RSA is one of the biggest cybersecurity events in the world—and it’s as full-on as you’d expect.

We were brought in to capture Hexnode’s presence over two days: photography, short-form videos, a few interview-style bits, and general buzz from the floor. The goal was to give their team a full suite of content they could use during and after the event—social clips, polished photos, and video highlights that really showed what they were part of.

Day One: Finding the Flow

The first day is always about getting your bearings. The Moscone Center is huge, and RSA fills every corner of it. We started early, setting up near Hexnode’s stand before the crowds arrived. As soon as doors opened, things moved fast—back-to-back demos, people stopping to chat, quick conversations turning into leads.

We kept things light and mobile—shooting handheld where we could, using gimbals for movement, and slipping in to catch genuine moments without getting in the way. One of the nice parts of working with a team like Hexnode is that they trusted us to just do our thing. They were busy doing theirs.

Day Two: Highlights and Quick Edits

By day two, we’d locked into a rhythm. We focused more on the details—close-ups, reactions, interactions. We also started turning around quick edits on-site: short video clips the Hexnode marketing team could post straight away. That kind of real-time content is gold during big events like this.

We also managed to step outside for a few minutes to capture some scenic b-roll of San Francisco. Even though the focus was the conference, those little cutaway shots always help give a sense of place.

Looking Back

Events like RSA can be chaotic—but in a good way. It’s a rush. And for us, it’s about being present in the moment, quietly capturing the energy without ever disrupting it. Two long days, hundreds of shots, and loads of great content later, we wrapped up with the Hexnode team over a well-earned coffee.

We’re proud of what we made with them and glad we could be part of their journey at such a big event.
